The shift
Most software just adds another place to type things. A quoting tab here, a scheduling board there, a label app, an invoicing package, and a person in the middle re-keying the same job into all of them. DhyanaERP works the other way around. The approved shop drawing is the record. The production schedule, the QC checklist, the item label, the bill of materials, and the invoice are all views of that one drawing. Nothing gets re-keyed, because there is nothing to re-key. Approve the drawing and the rest already knows.

Why I built this
I came up in the trades. Third generation mason, then years across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, general contracting, estimating, and precast operations as an estimator, designer, and ops manager. When I was running a plant, I spent six months looking for software that could handle precast the way precast actually works.
Everything was either a general ERP with precast bolted on the side, or a stack of spreadsheets held together by one person who could never take a day off. So I taught myself to build, and I built this one inside a working plant, next to the people who would use it. The test I hold every screen to has not changed since: will my dad use it?
Precast was the first shop with this problem I could fix. Metal, millwork, and glass shops run the same loop, from design to approved drawings to fabrication, so the same core is becoming an edition for each of them.
The philosophy
The industry's motto is “move fast and break things.” We do the opposite. DhyanaTech is built on what we call Artificial Mindfulness, an idea rooted in Calm Technology: software should inform without shouting for your attention, surface what matters, and hide what does not. On a shop floor that means big tap targets, almost no typing, and screens a crew can read with gloves on in the sun.
We do not measure success by how long you stay in the app. We measure it by how fast you can get back to the work.
Will my dad use it? If the answer is no, it is not done yet.

Annual billing takes 10% off, and the advertised price includes sales tax, so what you see is what you pay. Setup is self-serve and free. White-glove onboarding, where we do the setup for you, is a one-time fee of $1,000 per shop. Never required.
